The TLI4970 current sensor by Infineon delivers high-precision AC and DC current measurements up to ±50 A. Based on proven Hall technology and a coreless design, it requires significantly less space compared to traditional solutions. Featuring a fully digital 16-bit SPI output and excellent accuracy over the entire temperature range, the TLI4970 integrates easily without the need for external calibration or additional components. With galvanic isolation up to 2.5 kV and fast overcurrent detection, this sensor is ideal for current monitoring, chargers, and inverters.
